PGD Terms
The PGDs used on Nuumad’s platform and marketed by Nuumad Ltd are owned by Nuumad Medical Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nuumad Ltd.

PGD validity
PGDs are only binding when in date for each customer.
Each customer will is issued an email confirming the validity of the paper PGDs (if paper-only PGDs were purchased). Alternatively, when PGDs are used as part of our digital platform, the validity is aligned to the subscription validity.
Your responsibilities working under a PGD
Healthcare professional using our PGDs
By signing our PGDs, you are indicating that you agree to its contents and that you will work within it.
PGDs do not remove inherent professional obligations or accountability. It is the responsibility of each professional to practise only within the bounds of their own competence and professional code of conduct. By signing this PGD, you accept full clinical responsibility for any decisions you make using this PGD.
Authorising Manager’s responsibility
Confirm that healthcare professional named on the PGD has declared themself suitably trained and competent to work under our PGD. Agree to give authorisation for the named healthcare professional who has signed the PGD to work under it.
How often we review PGDs
Our PGDs are reviewed every 1-2 years depending on the medical landscape of the disease area the PGD is issued for. The next review time is clearly marked on the PGD.
