How does it work

Before you can dive in using Nuumad and launch your offering, you will need to prepare your team and your pharmacy/clinic. Here are a few particulars - we offer more detailed advice following registration.

  • We include the following PGDs in our platform:

    • Altitude sickness

    • Cholera

    • DTP

    • Hepatitis A

    • Hepatitis B

    • Japanese encephalitis

    • Malaria - Atovaquone / Proguanil, Doxycycline, Mefloquine

    • Meningitis ACWY

    • Rabies

    • Tick-borne encephalitis

    • Travellers diarrhoea

    • Typhoid

    • Yellow fever

    • Immunisation training 💉

    • Travel Health Training ✈️

We require that your Immunisation training adheres to National Immunisation Standards.

    We recommend:

  • We do advise you to do a full clinical and operational readiness check before you launch your travel health service.

For advice you can read through Valneva VIP’s Clinical Support Pack and Clinic Setup guides and other resources.

Our platform allows you to offer Yellow Fever vaccines however please ensure to follow guidelines and register as a Yellow Fever clinic if you are offering this option to patients.

  • We require registration before you can purchase a subscription with us. Registering will setup a business account with Nuumad.

Once you’ve registered you will be able to immediately select and pay for a subscription.

We accept only card payments as we work on a subscription basis.

Once you’ve got a subscription you will have access to a number of business functions.

  • When you register, you will be creating a Nuumad business owner account.

You can use this account to

    • add locations

    • manage vaccine prices

    • manage users

    • access billing (including upgrades and buying additional licenses).

    • add team members

  • You can add, update and cancel any of your licenses at anytime, however you will not be issued a refund.

If you are not ready to commit to anything firm yet, we recommend the monthly subscription package.

  • Your colleagues you invite will be asked to confirm their professional licenses numbers (GPhC/NMC PIN/etc) and provide details of their training completed.

Once they’ve logged in they can download their PGDs.

  • Our platform allows you to offer Yellow Fever vaccines however please ensure to follow national guidelines and register as a Yellow Fever clinic if you are offering this option to patients.

  • Locum pharmacists should use a license assigned to them from the business account.

As a business owner, if you have frequently rotating staff or rely on Locums during busy periods, we recommend the monthly subscription for you.

Just add or remove users as and when you need them and reassign licenses as required.

Just make sure that everyone needs their own license to operate. See our Terms of Service for more information.
